Two routine service visits for my 2018 Toyota Prius (bought from Jenkins Hyundai in Leesburg). I waited at the dealership both times (had an appointment) for less than two hours, each time. Our transmission went out at 108,00 mi so we took it to Jenkins. It has been there since 2/24/2023 and I had to call them (several times) to get an update since they would not call me.
