Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on 1/29 @ 2:30 pm ( NOT 1/31! ) , contacted dealership at 8:43 AM on 1/29, and advised service advisor ( Courtney) prior to bringing vehicl rotation on 1/29 @ 2:30 pm ( NOT 1/31! ) , contacted dealership at 8:43 AM on 1/29, and advised service advisor ( Courtney) prior to bringing vehicle in that car would not start, and a tow maybe necessary. Vehicle started after an hour or so and I drove vehicle to dealership, again advised service advisor Courtney of issue. Also requested that someone take a look at vehicle passenger parking light, as this was the 5th time light went out for no apparent reasoning, although previous checks yielded a shortage in wiring, and dealership advised concern was corrected . Immediately the service manager Aaron became involved, once we were told a diagnostic check was necessary to take a look at vehicle and a ( $150.00 service fee) was required in order to determine why car would not start along light electrical issues, advised of extended warranty, and requested a manager. Aaron wasted no time mentioning the vehicles age, high mileage, (as if we were not aware, yet we also made mention the vehicle was a dealer demo when we purchased it) as well as the car service history report, Aaron also made mention of the battery not being assigned to our vehicle although the battery clearly indicated it was a Hyundai battery, and we never requested or required a battery change, Aaron dismissively replied batteries don't usually last 5 years! ( WOW), my rebuttal was , AGAIN, I never had to change the battery, and if it was switched or changed it was done so by either their dealership or Rick Case Hyundai without my knowledge; I tried explaining to both Aaron & Courtney that I only take my vehicle to Hyundai certified dealers for ALL routine maintenance!, and some of the car history recited from the report were incorrect, I also stated that I understood the reasoning behind their intent to not want to report the same vehicle issues reoccurring more than 5x's as in the case of the passenger parking light requiring repairs 5 times, although they stated new wiring was installed on the second visit! I was then advise of all the "Good Will Repairs", I basically stated I wouldn't necessary call the need to revisit a repair that was previously indicated corrected a "Good will Repair" because, apparently the installation of new wiring is also faulty since the vehicle was under warranty when bought to their attention. Needless to say a mutual agreement was reached, and the reason for the service visit, was addressed, ie.. oil change, tire rotation, and passenger parking light outage, and of course the new complaint of electrical issue since the car did not start that particular day, as in the case of a few days prior. More

I took my car in for routine service. I had a 7:30am appointment and was done and on my way home by 8:45. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and the service advisor was nice, and I was very happy with appointment and was done and on my way home by 8:45. I got my first car at this dealership in 2005 and Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has been my go to dealership since! I got my car serviced 1/31/2022 for an oil change and Ben was the fella that helped me out. He Hyundai of Ocala has been my go to dealership since! I got my car serviced 1/31/2022 for an oil change and Ben was the fella that helped me out. He was very kind and courteous. He got me checked in and made sure I didnt have any other concerns with my vehicle and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Awesome job! More
Horrible service, The service writers lacked knowledge or customer service skills. I sat there for nearly 3 hours and my car didn’t move out of the spot they parked it in.
