Very helpful service dept. I had to have my vehicle towed to Jenkins of Ocala. I let Mike know that due to health reasons, I wouldn't be able to pick it up when it was fixed. H I had to have my vehicle towed to Jenkins of Ocala. I let Mike know that due to health reasons, I wouldn't be able to pick it up when it was fixed. He let me know that he would have someone drop it off at my home. I was told what the bill amount would be and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount! I expected it to be closer to double that. I dealt mostly with Phyllis, Mike, and the nice gentleman who brought my car back. Many kudos to all of you! Also, I would like to know what happy pills you feed them. They were delightful and changed my mood from very stressed out over my car problem to being able to joke about it. Thank you all for being there for me. More
