To long of a wait I went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and for them to check a few other things out. They changed my oil and checked everything else out. T I went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and for them to check a few other things out. They changed my oil and checked everything else out. That part was fine but then when it came to me getting my car back I waited 10 minutes for someone to go grab my car and no one came to get my keys and bring me my car. I had my 2 young children with me so you can only imagine how much of a pain that was I eventually just walked out to the parking lot to get my car. More

I requested a loaner be made available to me on arrival. This was provided, however the appointment person also dispatched a loaner to our house. Sounds like the centralized appointment center needs to pay attention to customer needs. It’s costing a lot of money for errors such as this. More
