Everything about this dealership was impeccable! I called thinking I wouldn’t get an appointment the same day for an oil change and what do you know they got me in the same day and they even washed I called thinking I wouldn’t get an appointment the same day for an oil change and what do you know they got me in the same day and they even washed my car and vacuumed the front floorboards….for free! The cost of the oil change was about the going price. I arrived 45 minutes early to the appointment and they still took me right in and I was done and gone within an hour and 15ish minutes! I arrived and was greeted outside. They directed me to the counter and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. I recently purchased my new Kia in Michigan, but when my first oil change came due while I was in Florida, I scheduled an appointment with Jenkins Kia of Crystal River. From start to finish, the experience first oil change came due while I was in Florida, I scheduled an appointment with Jenkins Kia of Crystal River. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Steve in the Service Department was friendly, attentive, and informative. He let me know about the dealership’s Black Friday special, which saved me some money — always a nice bonus! I chose to wait during the service and found the customer waiting area clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee, donuts, and a TV to pass the time. Once the service was complete, Steve reviewed the full checklist with me, explaining the results clearly. The complimentary car wash afterward was a nice perk and very much appreciated. Overall, great service and a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Jenkins Kia of Crystal River in the future. More
