No it took them about 6 hours to do my van and it's still not fixed. They are saying it's going to cost about $900 to get it fixed when it just needed the recall done. I also had to go down to the deal still not fixed. They are saying it's going to cost about $900 to get it fixed when it just needed the recall done. I also had to go down to the dealership over 5 times. I mean I understand a couple times to order the parts. But this is ridiculous. Also the guy who was over my van told me he had to order the part we needed. But now this last time I was there they came to me and told me I need to upper and lower rollers and a latch. I'm sorry but if you took my door off like you should have the last 3 times I was there you should have seen I need them as well. Or was it bc he had to yank it open and messed them up himself but now expects me to pay to be replaced. Bc that door hasn't been used in over a year. The should have known it needs to be greased or something. So no I am not happy with this dealership. More
