This place could improve immensely to start by selling consumers a $21000 vehicle that is actually operable beyond the first 24 hours of possession of it without creating further engine damage (and that $21000.mind you is not including interest for the 60 months of payments and will be over $32000 after 60 mos) & it NOT having the engine fail BEFORE even the first payment on it is close to due and perhaps NOT sell vehicles that throw STORED engine trouble codes less than 24 hours after leaving your lot! But when this DOES happen, you COULD just do the right thing, since this issue was 100% not disclosed and was concealed at time of purchase and when it does happen NOT then give the customer the run around with little to no responses, leaving said customer stranded with zero options other than to pay out of pocket to now tow it back to be diagnosed by the same place that didn't disclose this issue to begin with, when it already has been diagnosed by a mechanic, like a shady con artist trying to make a quick buck off of someone and then wash their hand of the problem would do and be an actual reputable dealership and simply fix what was sold as being a reliable vehicle, which it most clearly is NOT even close to being! Especially since it's been parked like the $21000 paperweight it is because driving it (which mind you the SUV barely moves now anyway since it's in limp mode due to failed lifters and to drive it as it is would only cause further damages), is an issue that's been present since the very beginning. The 2016 GMC Yukon was purchased May 21st & as of today June 8, 2026 still NO resolution has been given that doesn't screw me (the now just over 1 year since he passed, widow of a 25 yr Army veteran with 2 teenagers still at home and in high school and another child that has 3 children of her own whose children I would normally drive home after school from getting off the bus etc) any more than I already have been and can't afford to be since I spent all I had on the down payment just to get into the Yukon that I was told was a reliable and well taken care of vehicle, only to find it not to be whatsoever and has now left us stranded with no transportation. I have now had to turn down a job as of a couple days ago that I had been trying to get into because I can't even get to it since I have NO vehicle despite having to still pay for this one and I live in the middle of nowhere so it's not as though public transportation is an option here. So to have gone to and purchased from what I at the time had clearly mistakenly believed was a reliable dealership, after only literally returning another vehicle that was purchased from a dealership down the road just the day before that had apparent transmission issues and was returned to them just a few hours before purchasing this one from here, and have this honestly just really sad and disheartening and quite infuriating. I now owe over what will amount to over $32000 at over $600/mo (which I have to pay with the little money I receive from my deceased husband's Army pension and basically is costing me everything I get a month other than if I'm lucky will leave me with maybe $60 to my name, between paying this car payment and the cost to insure it alone. Its a good thing I own my home or I'd be homeless to top it off since I can't make it to any job at all to make any money to pay other bills with now. It's now the end of the day on 6/8/26 and not even a return phone call about any of it from these con artists. This place clearly only cares about the dollar and has zero accountability when it comes to their customers and the literal junk they sell them. I hope this review saves the next would be victim from having to deal with any of this. Run, don't walk away from this place! More
