Unprofessional. On site manager is a swindler and not a good one. I received a few calls and texts from a young lady about it and set up an appointment to test drive it. I had a serious headache that morning so I came a bit later in the day but was assured the car was there before I took the 45 minute drive to come see it. I arrived. Was greeted by reception,and said I was there to see Jalisa(spelling?) I was sat at an empty desk asked for my driver's license and sat for about 45 mins alone until I asked what was going on. Isreal the manager on duty told me the car was not there but they were running my credit and insisting I look at other vehicles. I said I wanted to see the tousan because it was within my budget and had good mileage and features I wanted. They said it was on the way. About 45 mins later they told me the car had been sold that morning. I should've left. But I agreed to test drive one car that I didn't not like at all so at 7 o'clock at night I agreed to test drive another vehicle that was outside my budget and had higher miles. A cadillac xt5. While a very nice vehicle it was priced at 17,995 and my budget was 15,000. Isreal tried telling me about all the services that were done and blah blah blah. We'll get back to that though. While they were having my credit ran over and over again I checked online and the car was advertised on the jenkins site for 13,999. So that at least 3 lies and by that time they had a young man who was obviously new to sales named Wesley sit with my daughter and I reluctantly agreed to purchase the casillac. This was almost 9 at night. I was never asked if I had a tag to transfer instead charged me for a new tag. I did not want that. I said I'd be back the next day to pick up the car as I drove there myself. I was then told by Isreal "oh We'll get it to your house" it was after 10 by the time everything was said and done and I asked Wesley how we were going to get the car to my house in Dunnellon. There was no one else there so he asked if he followed me back could I drive him back to the dealership which I did. Costing ME gas money. I had to leave multiple messages about the tag before I ever got a call back from Carl in financing and when I asked if the cost was going to change for the tag he brushed over that and said they'd get the tag picked up. It's still sitting at my house. Based on the deceptive practices and negligent sales I should have left and never came back. Oh! Almost forgot I was charged for oil changes and whatever they claim all the fees are for and a week after having the car my car let me now it needed oil as it was low. I have timestamped photos showing the oil only had 33% life left and then I needed to add oil. I will never recommend that dealership location as I was manipulated, lied to and nothing I was told that was going to happen has happened. Like I asked about getting a roofsrack installed and Wesley said they would and nope. Nothing. Bad business practices for sure. I still feel swindled. More
