I paid to have my hatch latch fixed. It was repaired with a used part. I requested it to be fixed no matter how, but it came off the next day and was hanging from my hatch. $370 is too m It was repaired with a used part. The service was awesome but I had to come home and fix my repair with gorilla glue. More

Car had minimum maintenance done. I don’t believe the oil was even changed. Forced to purchase a package i didn’t want that supposedly protected the paint, even though it already has I don’t believe the oil was even changed.
