Never received update on radio part that was to be ordered and installed for my car….!! Had to initiate a phone call to them and request what the status was. Nobody knew and they were going to re-cont ordered and installed for my car….!! Had to initiate a phone call to them and request what the status was. Nobody knew and they were going to re-contact Kia to find out when it would be shipped and then I have to schedule the 2 Hour Drive from home and back to get it installed….!!! More
