Very friend service representatives, they keep you continuously updated while you are waiting. The waiting are is very comfortable and they coffee, water, donuts and popcorn making your wait pleasura continuously updated while you are waiting. We purchased a 2023 KIA Sportage few month back. The floor mats and cargo tray which we have a we owe from the sale representative are still not in. They were an extra charge on the invoice my feeling is that they should not have been added to the invoice if the items were not available. I have been by the dealership many time only to be told they a still not available. I regret now not having them subtract the items from the list price or I am thinking I should have held off with the purchase until KIA got they act together. Sorry to have unloaded this on what is a five star survey but my frustration level with KIA continues to grow. More
