Overpriced. I brought my car in to find out why it sounded like it was going to throw a rod and why there was no oil in it. They changed The spark plugs at $20 a I brought my car in to find out why it sounded like it was going to throw a rod and why there was no oil in it. They changed The spark plugs at $20 apiece plus $160 for labor for doing that. Did not replace the coil pack. Told me they couldn’t find a leak for where the oil went. Also told me they give me a free oil change and charge me for it. Paid two additional labor fees of $140 or more for fuel injection cleaning system. How many people are working on this car for? I spent $500 in labor to get spark plugs and an oil change. Grand total of $725👎🏻. They couldn’t find out where the oilAsk to speak to the general manager on a phone call later and got some other person explain the whole situation and they said they would speak to the service department manager. Shocker, they never called back👍. For all the kids at home that score is an F- 🤬 More

I received a recall notice and called and made appointment. I told them what the recall notice said and what needed to be replaced. They made appointment, I arrived on time greeted very promptly, appointment. I told them what the recall notice said and what needed to be replaced. They made appointment, I arrived on time greeted very promptly, had my paperwork and escorted to waiting room. I sat for an hour and a half and was politely told they needed to order the part. WHAT! 1: you knew why appointment was made and what part was needed since you issued the recall 2: why did I have to wait an hour and a half before being told the part would need to be ordered. Needless to say I was not happy to take up my time. Do you think I have nothing to do? More
