Took my Soul in because my engine check light came on. They informed me that I needed a part to fix the problem. They told me they would order the part and when it will be in. To my shock the part arrived They informed me that I needed a part to fix the problem. They told me they would order the part and when it will be in. To my shock the part arrived one day earlier then planned. After running my errands that day, I went in to get my car worked on to replace the defective part. When I got there and checked in with Amanda, she told me to have a sit in the waiting room. As I was waiting for my car I decided to walk around and check out all the new cars in the showroom. Great a friendly sales staff there, as I was heading back to sit down I saw Amanda walking to me. She informed me that they would need to keep my car over night since engine was to hot to work on. Amanda provided me a loaner car. Amanda was very professional and super friendly with me. Then again never had any problems with anyone there. Great dealership and great staff working there. Highly recommend this dealer for service and your car shopping needs. More
