Not sure where all these 4 and 5 star reviews are coming from (other review sites) and how Kia Jenkins of CR wins all these Customer Service awards because, well, here's my experience from 07/28/21... I from (other review sites) and how Kia Jenkins of CR wins all these Customer Service awards because, well, here's my experience from 07/28/21... I spoke with Sales to discuss my end-of-lease options. The primary person whom I spoke with isn't relevant because I think he was just the messenger between me and the Sales Manager, Denzel, whom I also discussed my options with. To reiterate, I'm coming up on the end of my lease. To start, the contracted, residual value of what I'm driving is $17.5K, meaning that if I want to purchase the vehicle, this is my guaranteed purchase price (plus tax, title, reg of course). This is option A. My Option B is to turn the car in and lease a Sportage SX Turbo. Per Kia Motors' website, the MSRP is $36,425 (with AWD). This is where the fun begins: for option A, Kia Jenkins CR said I could buy the car for $19.5K, PLUS a $999 "dealer fee," despite the fact that I'm already leasing it and would be financing through my own bank and so I reminded them that the contracted residual is $17.5K, so if I buy, this is what I would purchase it for, not 2K more and not another grand for a car that I already have. I was advised that there's "alot" of paperwork involved in transitioning from a lease to a purchase, to which I said, not $1,000 worth. (We attorneys don't even charge that much...) At least one of the sales persons was honest with me and said that dealerships don't make money when customers purchase the leased vehicles because there's no markup to be had....not my problem, really, right and certainly not to the extent of not honoring contracts... For Option B, Jenkins CR had the audacity to offer to lease me a Sportage SX Turbo, FWD, for $40.1K, and this was based on only 10k miles a year. I said it would need to be for 12k miles year and he said that would be an additional $50-60/month versus the normal $15/month. I realized that this was not the place for me. I realize that this dealership was sold this last February and so it may not be what it used to be. I do know, however, that there are several Kia dealerships, among others; throughout Florida, whom I can do business with. in the meantime, if David D. wants to contact me, he can. Otherwise, based on the ridiculous information that I was given yesterday, I will not be working with this specific dealership and I just wanted others to know what this one person's appalling experience was. I have purchased 3 Kia Sorento’s over the past 10 years when it was Citrus Kia. I was always pleased by the service received until I brought my current Sorento for a warranty issue. At that point I was tol when it was Citrus Kia. I was always pleased by the service received until I brought my current Sorento for a warranty issue. At that point I was told the item wasn’t covered under warranty, even though my husband was told over phone it was. Since I didn’t allow Citrus KIA to fix the problem since they were over charging $200 over normal rates. So I won’t be able to purchase another vehicle from your dealership. More

I went in or an oil change I was told about two recalls that would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was there at 10:15am. I'm on oxygen and said to Dave then it will be done by 12 or 12:30. It was all most 2:00on before it was finished. By that time I was out of oxygen and had to drive back to SpringHill. I'll never return to that dealership again. Lost my business. More
