To have some dings in the paint repaired. they were there as we were waiting to do our paperwork. On a 2021 forte. Also service on the car. Body shop said they needed the car for a full day to fix paint clea as we were waiting to do our paperwork. On a 2021 forte. Also service on the car. Body shop said they needed the car for a full day to fix paint clean a buff the car. We dropped the Forte off on Thursday afternoon picked it up on Saturday. Was never washed or cleaned. After I cleaned it you can still see the chips in the door an in other spots also. More

Was not sure how the service would be after the change of ownership from Citrus Kia to Jenkins Kia, but I was very impressed with the service, coordination of the shuttle and all. Will be bringing my 2015 K ownership from Citrus Kia to Jenkins Kia, but I was very impressed with the service, coordination of the shuttle and all. I had stopped going to Citrus Kia and thought I would give Jenkins a try . So much different. My service writer and technician were great . The check in and out experience was so much better .
