After I arrived home I noticed that the brakes, antifreeze, and windshield wash fluid levels were low, at the minimum mark. Location is good, customer waiting room is nice. However, the purchase experience was less than pleasant. We were provided with misleading information during the purchase process. We tried to get clarification on charges by emailing and calling, we received no responses for weeks. After many attempts to reach someone, the customer relations representative, listened to our concerns and agreed to refund one of the charges that was in error. Overall, I would not this dealership for purchasing a vehicle. We have not yet used the service dept. I am hoping our dealings with them are more pleasant than dealing with the sales staff. More

I was greeted as soon as I entered Jenkins Kia. Their set-up makes it easy to drop your vehicle. Someone picked me up at my office when it was finished at the time they said they would.
