Took Kia Soul in for it's regular maintainence check up, oil change, filters, etc. The service was fairly quick and painless. THE BIG ISSUE was the following day. I discovered oil on the driveway. Called Jenkins (on a Saturday) and thank goodness they were open. Told me to come in (1 1/2 hr. drive for me). Service Assoc. said it was a bad oil filter gasket that got bent...causing the leak. I just wished it was done better the first time....it cost me a lot of time and delayed our trip having to get a RE-DO. More

We had the pleasure dealing with Timmy Torres. You couldn't ask for a better sales person. Other sales people need to learn from Timmy how to approach a potential customer. We had a car in for servi couldn't ask for a better sales person. Other sales people need to learn from Timmy how to approach a potential customer. We had a car in for service and a sales person came up to us to ask if we needed help. Told him we weren't buying a car just yet and right away wanted to know if we were getting a settlement. Then the day before we had the pleasure of dealing with Timmy, we were rudely shouted at when we were picking up our Kia from service. This gentleman followed us in the parking lot even after we told him we were already dealing with someone. Jenkins needs to have Timmy Torres show how to approach customers. Jenkins had a "gem" with Timmy and Dave in service. More
