Went and got a service done on my car and when they were done my wife noticed a smell and i opened the hood and no oil cap wasn’t on. And when I went back inside and said something to the ladies in there it done my wife noticed a smell and i opened the hood and no oil cap wasn’t on. And when I went back inside and said something to the ladies in there it didn’t seem like they should any concern, luckily one of the techs heard me and he came out and found the oil cap and put it back on. And cleaned off the oil that sprayed up underneath the hood. The lady that got the car for us didn’t clear off the next maintenance for an oil change More

Have owned 2 KIA Sorentos...like the 100,000 mile warranty as I put miles on the car. Am up to 90,000 miles on my 2014 (love the red color) and satisfied w/it and the features; however, am researchi warranty as I put miles on the car. Am up to 90,000 miles on my 2014 (love the red color) and satisfied w/it and the features; however, am researching to decide what my next vehicle will be. Until then, keeping the 2014 Red Sorento. I also purchased an Extended Warranty thinking I would keep the car and could transfer if I sold or traded. Recent service visit - unclogged a/c line (evap?) - disappointed NOT covered under warranty after paying $3000 for the warranty. This expense was $300. I've always had good service relationship w/Citrus KIA. This was first visit since new ownership w/Jenkins and am satisfied. Dave has been there since my KIA purchases and always helpful and most importantly, trustworthy (IMHO) More
