Made the unexpected happen! I went to buy a used car that I thought would be affordable. Rich was very assertive to my needs and what I was prepared to handle financially. He and the whole Kia team bent over backwards to get me into the right fit for my budget and what I wanted. I ended up leaving with a brand new car instead of a used!
