Customer's first thing to remember is dealers are not your friends and although will do EVERYTHING they can to put you in a car it will not be without a substantial profit for themselves one way or the other whether it be service contracts or low ball your trade .When someone tells you you can get a lower interest rate if you purchase the extended service contract be very leery. When I later called the bank they stated they had no interest in service contracts or the companies that actually supply them. I would like to add when I went in for my first oil change and brought the car home the next morning there was a puddle of oil under the car . Immediately took car back and was told it was a bad crush gasket on the plug! Really? How about checking your work first, the amount of oil that was leaking was obscene, luckily the engine did not suffer damage, you know I wasn't going to be responsible for a 5 or 6 thousand dollar motor! More

Wonderful Experience I have bought several vehicles from car dealerships. This by far was the easiest and wonderful experience I have ever had. All of the staff even whom I have bought several vehicles from car dealerships. This by far was the easiest and wonderful experience I have ever had. All of the staff even whom was not dealing directly with me was friendly and helpful. My sales associate took all of my needs into consideration and helped me make a purchase that was right for me... Your not just a number!!! A few weeks back we had gone to another Kia dealership by our house and we walked out of there not wanting to buy from a dealer again!!! We had gotten A few weeks back we had gone to another Kia dealership by our house and we walked out of there not wanting to buy from a dealer again!!! We had gotten a call from Rich Meier and he really made us feel like he wanted to help us get into the car we wanted. We took the drive over and Chris took us on a test drive and worked with Tony (one of the managers) to get us the best deal on what we wanted. I will forever be a Citrus Kia customer because at Citrus Kia you are not just a number, you become part of the Citrus Kia family!!! Thank you to everyone that made our experience a great one!!! More
