Experience at Citrus Kia I had visited a couple of other Kia dealers in the Ocala area with no luck in buying a new Sorento. However, dealing with Chris Dryden over the inter I had visited a couple of other Kia dealers in the Ocala area with no luck in buying a new Sorento. However, dealing with Chris Dryden over the internet and in person at Citrus Kia in Crystal River Fl was a rewarding experience. Chris is very professional and honest - he didn't try to change the quote given over the internet unlike other dealers in the area. My wife hates the buying process for a new vehicle, but she was very pleased in dealing with Chris. I think more dealerships could learn a few points from Citrus Kia. Thank you Chris and also thank you for serving our country for 6 years in the US Army. More
