I have to mention that never had anyone been so efficient as Chris to spend time to explain the UVO navigation, uploading App on my phone, setting examples and walked me through some basic steps. DISAPPOINTED IN YOU 11/23/15 I BROUGHT MY CAR TO YOU FOR A ROUTINE 3000 MILE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I WAS GOING ON A TRIP TO KEY WEST WHEN AMANDA CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT MY 11/23/15 I BROUGHT MY CAR TO YOU FOR A ROUTINE 3000 MILE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I WAS GOING ON A TRIP TO KEY WEST WHEN AMANDA CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT MY OIL PAN GASKET WAS LEAKING OIL SO I WENT TO LOOK AT AT LEAK WITH HER THE MECHANIC POINTED A FLASH LIGHT AT THE OIL PAN AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE AVERY SMALL AREA OF OIL HAZE ONE INCH LONG COULD HAVE PICKED UP ON THE ROAD I TOLD HIM THAT'S NOT A LEAK AND HE DID NOT AGREE SO I TOLD THEM TO FINISH THE OIL CHANGE AND LET ME GET OUT OF THERE. I PARKED MY CAR IN MY DRIVE WAY FOR 6 HRS. AND NO LEAK I DROVE TO KEY WEST 482 MILES CHECKED THE OIL NO LEAK I JUST HAD MY OIL CHANGED AT ANOTHER DEALER AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK IF THE GASKET WAS LEAKING NO LEAKS.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CITRUS KIA I RELY ON YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY AND THOUGHT I COULD TRUST YOU MY TRIP WAS VERY STRESSFUL WORRYING IF I HAD A LEAK.
