Traded a 2009 Veracruz and a 2009 Optima for a 2016 Optima Could not have asked for a better dealer experience in negotiating our trade-in of two vehicles for a newer model. The friendly atmosphere made the experience a plus. The sales agent (Rich Meier) bore the brunt of our indecisiveness regarding choice between a Kia Soul and a Kia Optima. I think it took up most of his day to where we may have been his only sales that day. His personal attention to our needs was most professional and business oriented. We would highly recommend the Citrus Kia dealership to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. More
Very disappointed in service department I purchased 2 new vehicles from Citrus Kia and had always been pleased until my last visit to the service department. My ESC and ABS warning lights w I purchased 2 new vehicles from Citrus Kia and had always been pleased until my last visit to the service department. My ESC and ABS warning lights were on. I was immediately asked if I was told there would be a $50 charge to diagnose the problem. I said, "No, and had I known I would not have driven from Brooksville" because I knew I could go to my local auto parts store and have it diagnosed for free. My Kia Rondo is a 2007 with 70k miles. The service man agreed to waive the $50 diagnosis fee. Later I was told the problem was both real wheel speed sensors. It was explained to me that "the car was poorly designed" (I wasn't told this when I bought the car) and the entire rear end had to be taken off to replace the sensors so they were allowing 4 hours labor or $650. Since I was a "good" customer, they would charge me only $550. Long story short - I bought the speed sensors on Ebay for $30 each and a local garage installed them for $98. Total cost to me of less than $160, and all seems fine. It seemed to me that Kia was trying to take advantage of me because I am a recent widow. I did not note the names of the two service department men I spoke with. More

Friendly Place I recently purchased my 6th Kia at this facility, the 3rd from Citrus Kia. Just went in to get an oil change on my 2015 Sorento and left with the star I recently purchased my 6th Kia at this facility, the 3rd from Citrus Kia. Just went in to get an oil change on my 2015 Sorento and left with the start of a purchase on a 2017 Sorento SXL. The first thing you notice at Citrus Kia is friendliness of the entire staff, not just those that you are directly dealing with. I worked with Michael Boswell, Sales Consultant and Tony Meador,Sales Manager to package a good deal. They were more than helpful in putting together many options for us. There was absolutely no pressure in what is often a pressure-packed transaction. I travel from Ocala which has a Kia dealership to Crystal River because of the positive experience. Nice Experience I worked with Justin Masciarelli. I was undecided on what make/model I wanted to buy, so I drove around to different dealerships in the area to get ou I worked with Justin Masciarelli. I was undecided on what make/model I wanted to buy, so I drove around to different dealerships in the area to get out and look at the vehicles in person. Justin was the only one, from any of the places I stopped, to come out and greet me, answer my questions, and give me some information and brochures. He was not pushy at all, just pleasant and helpful. When I went home, read up a little more and made my decision - I went right back to Citrus Kia and Justin to make my purchase. They didn't have the exact color, etc. that I wanted there on the lot, so they had one sent over very quickly and the deal was done without a hiccup. I am very happy with my 2017 Sorento and my experience overall. I only buy a new car about every 10-15 years so I want to make sure I get it right. I feel very good about my choices. More
