Michael Boswell gave me as much time as needed to look around and didn't try to push me into buying anything I wasn't interested in. He let me know all the information about each vehicle and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I picked the vehicle I wanted, I found out I had ghost credit, or none at all, so the bank wouldn't finance me for it. Although it took awhile to figure out, the financial team found a way to send me home with a different vehicle, a 2016 Kia Rio. Adam Mercado was very friendly and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way, letting me know the pros and cons of the decisions I had to make. It definitely helped to ease my nerves and anxiety with being a first time buyer. I am now the proud owner of this vehicle! Yvonne is still helping me finish up the paperwork and registration and she's made the entire signature process quick and simple. She lets me know what I'm signing and why. The people here are amazing and I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle. More

A very pleasant experience I went to Citrus planning on buying a used car. Chris was very helpful looking into used cars and working on a possible loan. When he showed me how I could get a new Kia Soul with a lower payment and a better warranty it made me look closer. When Chris offered me a sizable discount for my past military service, plus a couple of extras I hadn't been offered at other dealers I forgot all about the used car. As an added bonus to me I found my new Kia Soul is getting nearly twice the mileage as my Chevrolet Equinox. My son-in-law will be needing a new car in a couple of months and we plan on seeing Chris again. More
