There I met Internet Director, Jim Markey who introduced me to Sales Consultant, Paul Taracatac. Paul asked what vehicle we were interested in and brought it forward to look at. Paul showed up the ins and outs of the vehicle, then let us go for a test ride. The car sold itself, it was just what we were looking for for our daughter, Rachel. Later back at the dealership, we sat down with Paul and negotiated a fair deal for the vehicle. The experience was not at all adversarial. And to my surprise, we walked out of the dealership with my daughter's first car driving it home the same day. It was a very good experience buying our Kia at Citrus Kia. Thanks to the staff there! I started close to home, doing business with neighbors is a+, and was surprised with the comfort of the Optima. My salesman came in on his day off for our appointment, and after a lengthy test drive, allowed me to consider my options. The sales manager gave me a very good deal on the car, a generous trade-in on my car and a good rate on my loan, an unexpected bonuses on two of three counts. More

I couldn't ask for better financing which was 0% interest. They even made sure I wasn't upside down on my trade in and gave me other discounts I wasn't aware of. It ended up I was only about $600. upside down, which was fantastic. Another employer there that was very helpful was Yvonne the Finance Manager. She introduced me to a 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that was really cheap that I couldn't pass up. It gives me piece of mind knowing that my car is covered for no matter what happens for 10 years or 100,000 miles. They treated my husband and I just like family. My husband like them so much he even got a job there. More
