Jenkins Kia of Crystal River - Service Center

I brought the 2017 Kia Rio to Kia of Ocala. Where I purchased it Kia of Ocala said the only thing wrong was the reservoir cap. The cap is spring loaded. The service tech at CrystalRiver Kia. Mis diagn purchased it Kia of Ocala said the only thing wrong was the reservoir cap. The cap is spring loaded. The service tech at CrystalRiver Kia. Mis diagnosed the problem. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get the Kia fixed. Worst experience in my vehicle life. If y’all had done the job correctly. I would not have to been sitting there for 3 1/2 hours. This is my first Kia. And my Last Kia I will ever own. I will tell my friends about this event More
