All the staff were patient and willing to explain and repeat/explaining until I completely understood each step, factually and without pressuring or rushing. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Pleasantly surprised has quickly out the door sales completed, less than 2 hours from my arrival to out the door with a new vehicle. More

Service Excellence Can't say enough about service advisor MISTY SMITH. Brought our car in for a recall on the engine even though the car had 130K miles on it. After Can't say enough about service advisor MISTY SMITH. Brought our car in for a recall on the engine even though the car had 130K miles on it. After a thouough check and re-check of the engine, it was determined that the Sorento would need a new engine. Kia did the RIGHT THING and replaced the engine components involved in the recall. Needless to say my wife and I were SUPER IMPRESSED with the level of commitment displayed by Kia in general, and Misty in particular. She kept us informed throughout the process and helped us to secure a rental car that KIA PAID FOR!! Don't know when I've experienced that level of Customer Service from a car dealership.
