SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE
I purchased my Kia many years ago through Roundtree Moore Kia in Lake City, and I have used their services for several years. Over this time, I have seen some people come and go, but their current employees are quite impressive.
For example, the new Kia that I purchased at Roundtree Moore in 2019 has nearly 100,000 miles, which means my factory warranty will soon expire. I was concerned and unsure of what I should have done and or inspected before the end of my warranty. Alternatively, how could this change the future service of my vehicle? And of course, the question we all want to know: how much will this cost me?
Filled with unanswered questions, I called the store and spoke to an Advisor named Megan. She was amazing! She was the most helpful person that I have dealt with, not just at Kia, but surpassing all of my recent customer service experiences. What was impressive was that Megan asked me what I needed and actually took the time to listen. She then made recommendations on the services that were offered and showed me how they differed. Megan made sure to explain how each service addressed my concerns. She then created what seemed to be a personalized service plan. I was highly impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail.
Lastly, she was so humble when I mentioned her great service that she was sure to give credit to Jeffery and all of the service technicians who make Rountree Moore Kia great. Thank you, Rountree Moore Kia, Megan, and Jeffery. Your service was outstanding today, and I remain your loyal customer.
