Great friendly service! This was my first visit to the Kia service department as I recently purchased a new car. Went online to make an appointment and was surprised I was ab This was my first visit to the Kia service department as I recently purchased a new car. Went online to make an appointment and was surprised I was able to make an appointment not only the same day but scheduled within an hour. As soon as I pulled in, a service tech greeted me and accompanied me to the counter. The waiting area was very comfortable and coffee and donuts were provided. Was told my car would be ready in an hour and they actually finished 20 minutes early, including free car wash. They went over the completed service with me & asked if I had any questions. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to great service next time. More

Pleasantly surprised My engine light came on Sunday so Monday I call for service department was put in immediately. Not sure what to expect was quickly repaired and serviced in 2.5 hours. Mr. Jimmy Carter explain what the problem was and how the problem was repaired. My car was also received a complementary clean and washed. When my car was ready Mr. Jimmy Carter then Escorted me to my car.. I have gone to another dealership in the area and never had treatment as special that I received at Jenkins Kia in Gainesville. Please keep your staff in your service department they are awesome!
