Oil change I was greeted immediately upon entering the dealership, the person who greeted me (I’m sorry don’t remember his name) was very polite. He took the needed information and we then went inside where I was greeted by Lance Gansky who explained in detail what would be done to my vehicle, he took me to the waiting area, which is beautiful and showed me where everything was located, and my vas ready within the time frame I was given. Wonderful service for an out-of-state traveler on I 75. While traveling through the Ocala area, I experienced problems with my 2013 Sorrento. I checked online and found the nearest Kia Dearlership was only While traveling through the Ocala area, I experienced problems with my 2013 Sorrento. I checked online and found the nearest Kia Dearlership was only a few miles away. I drove there and the problem was quickly diagnosed by Chris in the service department. Within a couple of hours the repairs had been made and I was able to continue my journey to Bonita Springs, arriving on the same day as scheduled. As a single older woman traveling alone, I was grateful for the prompt attention to the problem and also for the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff at Jenkins Kia. My siincere thanks to Chris and everyone at the dealership for their wonderful service! More
