Wasn't in the market for a new KIA Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one we drove in. We were very happy with our KIA, so it didn't take much convincing for us to trade up. We were treated very professionally by Callie Zimmerman when we arrived. She even helped me program the new KIA blue tooth before we left the dealership. Jamie Fielding, a fellow Veteran, was very personable and knowledgeable. A misunderstanding of the GAP insurance and the promise that our monthly payment would remain the same, which in final paper work was not the case, is why Guy Rodas recieves only 4 stars. I felt pressured by John Szylin and wasn't very happy with him or his service, but I guess he was just doing his job, so he gets an average rating. We do not like to be pressured into anything. More
My experience My Kia Soul was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I went in expecting to wait for a long time due to not having an appointment; however the My Kia Soul was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I went in expecting to wait for a long time due to not having an appointment; however the service was completed in a reasonable time period. I was happy to be able to watch through the window as the guys serviced my truck. I was also excited to see a familiar face Chris Hanson, who used to be at the Cadillac dealer 15 years ago. He even remembered me and i new that my car was in good hands. More

Awesome Today I took my 2017 Kia Optima to the dealership for an oil change and 15,000 mile maintenance and left with a 2018 Kia Sorento. Working with Jamie Today I took my 2017 Kia Optima to the dealership for an oil change and 15,000 mile maintenance and left with a 2018 Kia Sorento. Working with Jamie and Tim made the process quick and painless. Pete in finance was awesome and made the endless signing of papers a breeze and quick. I was at the dealership for a total of 3 hours... Start to finish!! This is my second vehicle bought from Jenkins Kia and I'll keep bringing my business to them as long as they are in business!! More
