Very fast very professional very comfortable waiting area. All in all was very good experience coffee and snacks TV couches chairs they went all out to make you comfortable when you're waiting. Only thing I don't understand is if your car comes with three years of maintenance doesn't that consist of transmission fluid and coolant fluid yes I would think so but somewhere along the line they asked if I would like to have my transmission fluid drained and refilled along with the coolant fluid I don't know why I would have to pay for this if maintenance was already taken care of for three years but I'll look into the fine print you never know that's where things like that are but overall very nice very nice experience almost can't wait to go back LOL More
