He checked his oil change area and asked me if I had about an hour, as he could take me right then. Spending an hour in the waiting area with free wi-fi, coffee, popcorn, doughnuts and water is not hard to do. Jenkins Kia has one of the nicest and most welcoming waiting areas I have seen in any dealership. My Service Adviser is Callie. I have been using her as my adviser since relocating to Ocala 2 years ago. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. She is a pleasure to talk with and always makes me feel like a VIP. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I get from Jenkins Kia and the dealership itself. More
