Do not buy a car from Jenkins Kia, they will mislead you and try to rip you off. I found a used car online, price was listed at 65,900, I called and confirmed it was available and confirmed the price, afte and try to rip you off. I found a used car online, price was listed at 65,900, I called and confirmed it was available and confirmed the price, after a 2 hour drive from Jacksonville, I was later told that the actual prices is 77,000, and that the online price does not include all of there dealer fees. Total xx, The dealership was dirty, unorganized, unsanitary and a total xxxx-box. More

Did very well. Very personable, listened to my concerns. Handled issues quickly and made sure all was good, when it was not correct, they worked on getting my car b Very personable, listened to my concerns. Handled issues quickly and made sure all was good, when it was not correct, they worked on getting my car back in ASAP and performed a replacement of the transmission in a speedy manner. Getting a loner in order to not be inconvenienced was quick and easy. I understand when cars have issues, but Jenkins Kia took the time to make sure my car was fixed correctly and my time was respected. Kudos, I am a very happy customer. More

Shamer is such a wonderful Young Man ! I gave Shamer 5 Stars... Because Shamer greeted us with a very nice smile, very help with our concerns and answered all our questions. Shamer listened to us, had patience with us and a very caring person. Shamer was patience , when showing us what was on the Soul Kia, we bought. Shamer is very knowledgeable. Shamer is a keeper! Edwin Morales Ramirez, we talked with the pricing deal, Edwin was nice to work with him, Edwin is a caring person, also. Administration, Anjolee Blount, was great with us,very knowledgeable, concerning, and a very caring person. We talked with Oscar Martinez, Fernando Romero, Fabio Neal, Steve Ramunno, all are very nice Young men , so refreshing, very up-beat. They are all wonderful Sales Customer Service people. John Szylin, Finance, very efficient, and friendly. My Husband, Talked with Ryan Baroni, is a very nice person, I didn't get a chance to meet Ryan.
