Always satisfied at Jenkins Kia, Ocala. I went to Jenkins for an oil change and left with a new car. Because I am closing in on retirement, Jamie explained to me it would make sense to have I went to Jenkins for an oil change and left with a new car. Because I am closing in on retirement, Jamie explained to me it would make sense to have a newer car almost paid, then purchasing a car with 4-5 year's to pay at retirement. Great experience! I had a 60,000 mile service and knew it would take a while. Even though I was offered a shuttle to a nearby mall a couple of times, I waited there unt I had a 60,000 mile service and knew it would take a while. Even though I was offered a shuttle to a nearby mall a couple of times, I waited there until it was finished. The waiting area for service is quite extraordinary! Free coffee, water, snacks, Wifi, TV. The only thing missing is a lazyboy! LOL My service consultant Chris kept me informed throughout the visit regarding status completion. Even the service manager came up to me twice to see if there was anything I needed. More
