A Half Day in School I went in to have my car serviced - no appointment. Mike, my regular service adviser, was there and took care of me immediately. While I was waiting I I went in to have my car serviced - no appointment. Mike, my regular service adviser, was there and took care of me immediately. While I was waiting I met Jamie. He saw me looking at some brochures and we began talking. Although I wasn't looking to get a new car now he took the time to show me the changes in the 2019 versus my 2017. I currently am in the second year of a four lease. He showed me the financial benefits between leasing and owning. We went for a test drive. Although I wasn't financially ready to own a new car, I "bit the bullet". The long term benefits couldn't be ignored. The time was right. Jamie brought me to Tim who expertly took care of the paper work and all my questions. Jamie introduced me to Fabio who took me to school and showed me all the available apps for use with my new Optima. Nobody before him in any dealership was as thorough in explaining all the capabilities. Jamie, Fabio and Tim were a team with no equal. They cared for me, explained and answered all my questions honestly, and resolved all issues favorably to me. Together with my service adviser, Mike, they are the reason I will continue to do business with Jenkin's Kia. Thank you, gentlemen. More

Stranded On Saturday 4:30am I was on my way to work when I apparently ran over something in the road and it damaged my tire. I called my Jenkins Roadside Assistant # and Alicia answered and was extremely kind and professional (thank you Alicia) she made my experiance seamless by assuring me that the Tow Druck driver will be there for me. She was RIGHT! Less than 30 minutes here comes my Driver. I did not get his name but he was awesome too! I then received a call from a Jerell from Jenkins and he was extremely helpful and empathized with me regarding my situation. Now mind you, I have not had my Kia for 90 days yet and the service from Jerell making sure he gave me the best resolution seemed to of been his top priority. Not only did he get me the very BEST price available....(Thank you Lance!)he was extremely kind and friendly. Even Cassidy that checked me out was friendly and efficient! Thank you Jenkins!!!! You are the BEST!!!! More

Chris did a great job of handling my car while I was there. I was in and out in less time than expected. I didn't even have time to finish lesson plans. I had an oil change and Chris found a better coupon for me and the window problem, of course, started working while I was there so they couldn't find the problem. I cannot say enough about the staff. Also the oil change is cheaper than any where else in town and includes a tire rotation which is not done other places. I cannot express how important that is! More
