Everyone was friendly and working hard to earn customer satisfaction. The facility and amenities it offered were top-notch. And I was offered (and given!) a new Kia loaner car to do errands while I waited for my FREE service to be completed. AND, a free car wash to boot! I would happily go to Jenkins Kia for any future problem with my car. (Of which there have been VERY few since 2011). Kudos! P.S. Haylee needs a new fax/copy machine. More
