New sales Arrived at 11:00 am just to test drive a Mazda CX-5, with no intention of buying at that time.. Three hours later we were allowed to leave. While our salesman, German, was very polite and professional, we were inundated with various personnel, well orchestrated, each one tasked to wear us down. We felt we were steam-rolled to sign a contract, which we did. We did not take possession of the car but planned to pick it up after the weekend. Since we felt we signed under duress, our daughter became involved and after many, many conversations with Jeff we returned the following day to cancel the contract, which had not as yet been signed by the dealer. Needless to say, they were not pleased! Would not recommend this dealership due to the very intense sales pressure. More

Felt like royalty!! We were checking on the Mazda MX5. After the test drive, I was given a carnation because they said every day is Mother's Day. They quickly found the car we requested (Blue mica flex with black leather interior) Everyone who passed by congratulated us and told us how rare that car was. Tim followed us home and took our trade-in back, leaving us a loaner. Our new car was brought to the dealership the next day, tinting was added and pulse installed for the brake lights, then it was delivered to us that evening. Tim installed my cell phone and garage door opener. We have never been treated so well and we were very happy with everything. More
