Just a few minutes of shear attention to my likes and dislikes, had me driving away with my new (pre-owned) CX-5... the car of my dreams, and very close to the price I knew I could afford. The sales process was seamless, and even enjoyable as the conversation between business questions turned to light-hearted sharing of life experiences in the military and living overseas. Charles was personable, relateable, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to buy this car. He is a wealth of knowledge, giving me great ideas on how to protect my idenity and location, and ways to cut financial corners and make every dollar count.
