The dealership is okay. I have purchased a couple of cars from there, but I don’t think I will again. I don’t feel like I get the value that other dealerships have offered me. The service department is str from there, but I don’t think I will again. I don’t feel like I get the value that other dealerships have offered me. The service department is struggling, but they are making an effort to improve. They are not open on sundays, but are soon opening on sundays for limited service. They’re also extending hours throughout the week which is nice. I’ve had a few issues with the service itself. One time I went and they forgot to put the cap back on the oil, and it covered the engine. Another time they were patching my tired and the tech cut too deep and they had to replace the entire tire which ended up taking 4 hours!!!! Overall I go there for the $5 oil change. The issue for oil changes there is it takes way too long. They gave me a promised time, which was 4 pm, I didn’t walk out until 4:15. They average 1.5-2 hours for an oil change WITH A REQUIRED appointment. I think there’s plenty of room for improvement. More

Service Center excellant, Sales Dept.(deceitful, dishonest) I would highly recommend this Service Center. They addressed an issue with the radio in my Mirage, found an internal error and ordered a new one. They I would highly recommend this Service Center. SALES EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW PURCHASE . My salesman was James Sheffield, although new to the sales staff he conducted a very good presentation of the Mirage, he negotiated fairly and I was pleased with our deal. Next was the finance process, it was a fairly easy ordeal, and he prepared the contract, left the office and THEN returned with another gentleman. The new guy asked me how things were going, and then offered to extend my unlimited bumper to bumper warranty to ten years. I said I really wasn't interested, and that the regular warranty would suffice. His response was that he was basically giving it away for an additional $5.00 a month. This was a generous offer, so I agreed. The finance individual reprinted the contract. I unfortunately did not go over the reprinted contract like I did the original. A couple of days later after reviewing my paperwork before filing it away, noticed THAT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COST WAY MORE THAT WHAT I WAS PREVIOUSLY TOLD! The weasel that offered me the extension lied straight to my face, and the finance officer happily stole a good deal of money without batting an eye. I am pursing this with Mitsubishi Corporate, and if this is not resolved I will contact the state attorneys office. I did not mention names. They are all on the contracts which will be used to document my complaint. More
