Best Car Buying Experience Prior to this car buying experience at Jenkins, I've HATED buying a car, but all of the team members I interacted with made me change my outlook. I Prior to this car buying experience at Jenkins, I've HATED buying a car, but all of the team members I interacted with made me change my outlook. I live two hours away from Jenkins, but none of my local Mitsubishi dealers could even come close to their price! In fact, I was told by one car dealer "There's no way that's the price. They will add fees when you get there. It must be a different car." Tara was so helpful answering all of our questions over the phone. She was patient, honest, and great to deal with. She quickly provided an "out the door" quote, everything explained upfront, so we would know exactly what was expected. Once we arrived, Ramiro took over, and he was great. Friendly, informative, and had all of the paperwork waiting for us, with the exact numbers we were quoted. Shelly in finance (I believe this was her name) was also top notch! I enjoyed our conversations, and she helped me to secure a low-interest rate, and was able to wrap everything up quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to others! More

Best Service Ever I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loan I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loaner car and that was a shock to me. My car was ready in 4 hours. They washed my car and the icing on the cake was the service advisor replaced the battery in my key fob for free. This was a pleasant experience and I will return again. Oh, I forgot to add the oil change was only $6 dollars and it’s always only $6 dollars. I only take my 2016 Outlander Sport GT to this dealer for oil changes. More
