Awful experience . We bought a 2014 Mini. We did not realize until we got home the sound system was not working. We were told to take it to a Mini dealer in Orlando a . We bought a 2014 Mini. We did not realize until we got home the sound system was not working. We were told to take it to a Mini dealer in Orlando and get it fixed under warranty. The car was out of warranty. So after much hassle, they found an old, used amplifier and installed it. The sound worked, but as a result of the amplifier not being the correct one and the installation being incorrect, the battery kept going flat. The car was useless. They had zip tied it onto an old piece of foam and not grounded it. It should have been mounted on a purpose built holder. After I took it back to them again, they said they were not prepared to fix their mistakes as the sound was working, which in fairness it does, when I charge the battery every single night! If you are considering buying from them, my advice to you is go another dealer that has decent morals - unlike Jenkins. You will probably find what you are looking for cheaper as well. More

Very Helpful My husband brought my car in for a very overdue oil change (somehow I overlooked the mileage). Whomever he encountered told him that they typically only perform service by appointment only but since they did not have anyone getting service at that time, they were able to go ahead and do it. Smooth efective polite very detail.in a timely matter I called to ask for an appointment they gave me one to my convineence. When I get there there is always someone one there to great me . We went to Jenkins Mitsubishi where the manager, Dave, listened to our situation and decided to make the situation as right as he could. He did that and more. David immediately worked with us to work through the process quickly. He assigned us to a top notch salesman, Tyler, who expertly walked us through the car buying process, was extremely knowledgeable and able to not just answer our questions, but foresee the questions we would ask, and was extremely professional and respectful throughout the entire process.
