Bait and switch I got a call from one of their agents telling me they were looking for a 2013 Nissan Rogue, exactly like mine and we could do a "special deal", came i I got a call from one of their agents telling me they were looking for a 2013 Nissan Rogue, exactly like mine and we could do a "special deal", came in, wasted all of Mothers Day and the only thing to show for ur was a 72 point drop on my credit score that I have been working HARD on the last 4 years, they destroyed this in less than 3 hrs!! Needless to say I am livid and will never fall for this BS scam again Scam, buyer beware....will never go here again More

Car damaged and still don’t have my car On March 23, 2019 @1pm I went in for a routine service appointment and a car wash. Approximately an hour after I left my son noticed major scratches On March 23, 2019 @1pm I went in for a routine service appointment and a car wash. Approximately an hour after I left my son noticed major scratches on the trunk of my car, which were not present when my car was brought in. When I called, the service department was closed and was advised to call on Monday. On Monday I called and spoke with Jacob, service manager, I was told to bring the car to them. I live 51 miles away so the first availability I had to return was March 29, 2019. I left my car with them to repair. I received a call on April 2 @ 12 pm that my car was ready. I left work and when I got to the dealership, a female employee asked me to sign paperwork stating “customer says we scratched her car”. I told her I wasn’t signing anything until I was able to inspect my car. My car was sitting in the parking lot, the scratches were still there and there was rubbing compound all over the trunk and running down the side of my car. Jacob then advises that he would make sure that my car was fixed and he would call when it was done. April 12, I called to inquire about my car, as I have not received a phone call from anyone. I was told the decals had arrived on Thursday but my car still wasn’t completed. I call again on April 13 to tell them I was coming to pick up my car up. The service person states my car isn’t even at the dealer. I asked to speak with the general manager. Vincent answered the phone and over spoke me the entire time, claims my car was “in line” at a body shop and he had no control of when it would be returned. I proceeded to tell him I wasn’t happy with the service and he wasn’t happy with what I told him and hung up on me. Still no car! More

All the staff, including the our sales rep, Lynn, manager, Vince, and financial guy, Jose, really did their best to accommodate all our wants/needs and requirements for the vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. We did our financing through their perferred lender and got a better interest rate than the credit union we typically use. Jenkins Mitsubishi also gave us great trade in value on our truck.
