Our salesman was Fern and he was wonderful, were all the guys on the sales floor and the manager. The deal went very fast and they gave us a fair price for our trade. Extremely disappointing experience with Jenkins Nissan. I leased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Sentra and reported that the vehicle was shaking on the highway immediately after leaving the dealership; within day I leased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Sentra and reported that the vehicle was shaking on the highway immediately after leaving the dealership; within days, it was already in a Nissan service department for several days. What disappointed me most was the dismissive response afterward—there was no meaningful concession or goodwill gesture whatsoever to acknowledge the inconvenience of having a brand-new vehicle in the shop during the first week. I would have had much more respect for the dealership had they simply shown some empathy and made an effort to make an already horrible customer experience right. Unfortunately, after purchasing and leasing multiple vehicles over the years, this has by far been my worst dealership experience. More
