I brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change. It have a hitch and mobility carrier on the back. If you put the vehicle in Reverse, the camera sees the carrier, and applys the rear brakes, unless It have a hitch and mobility carrier on the back. If you put the vehicle in Reverse, the camera sees the carrier, and applys the rear brakes, unless you turn off the Rear Emergency Brake in the settings (EVERY TIME YOU START THE CAR!) The Tech told me that they had to turn it off in the settings, and I didn't have to set it again! I proved to the Tech that they were wrong, and that you have to turn it off EVERY TIME! I hope they learned something that day! Great service though, as usual. More

I have Purchased 4 vehicles from Jenkins Nissan and the last one was the obsolete worst I have ever had. Not only did they charged me $49,000.00 for a $44,000.00 2022 thousand over MSRP, for a 2022 Pathfin last one was the obsolete worst I have ever had. Not only did they charged me $49,000.00 for a $44,000.00 2022 thousand over MSRP, for a 2022 Pathfinder SL, I was told I had to buy a seatbelt extension needed for a medical condition at an additional $50.00. After several discussion with the sales person, Taylor Peterson, I was told to come in and she would help me get the extension. After driving 30 miles one way to get the extension, I was passed off to the manager and told they don't have that at the parts department and told to go on line and order it. They could have told me that over the phone and saved me time, money, and gas. Thank you Jenkins for customer loyalty because it will be the last vehicle I ever purchase from you or recomend any one to your business. More
