The service was horrible. I’m still waiting on a call back from the director. The car wash was awful. I asked for a refund but haven’t heard a thing. The tires and rims were still dirty after this “wash” that cost $24.95. They left the plastic and paper in the car. I hadn’t been to Nissan since before COVID . I have never experience service like this before and this is my third Altima. I will not be going back. More
