Luis was great, it was the finance guy, Mike, that was not. What a sexist. He had no time for a woman who stood up to him. Very dismissive of me. And he tried to get us to sign the contract without telling us the interest rate. We know we have great credit and made a $10,000 deposit. We did financing through Nissan with our last Pathfinder. We thought that would be the case again. But he had us at 6.9% with a company we were not familiar with which is totally ridiculous with our good credit. I'm just glad I caught it in time. I told him we thought we would get a low rate and he said that's only for people with good credit. He knew our credit was good. And pushing extras we told him we did not want from the get go. How many times did we have to say NO? He finally realized we were "on to his bull" and jumped up and came back with 0% with Nissan. Which he did not seem happy about. ("Now are you going to get the extended warranty?" still no) Why couldn't he just do that from the beginning? Very suspicious.
