Please continue the good work you all do. Your work is very much appreciated. Did not appreciate sales person Q-who called before appt trying to lure me into trading my car by telling me that someone was very much appreciated. Well I was there for almost 2 hours and Q texted me several times. For me to call him when I was ready to speak to him . REALLY!. He was after a sale yet did not have courteous to come speak to me( in passing). More

My car wouldn't start before work. I had to call Nissan Roadside Assistance. My car had to be towed to Jenkins Nissan. The battery had to be replaced. Thank you for excellent customer service!! Its a car dealership. Expect the standard stuff like they are going to "dicker" between you and management, Finance is going to try to upsell you and make you buy extra product to help pad the bottom li they are going to "dicker" between you and management, Finance is going to try to upsell you and make you buy extra product to help pad the bottom line. Service is going to be reliable and responsible, but will also recommend things beyond what you essentially need and will also take a lot more time to complete things than a jiffy lube. That said, I have bought three vehicles here, and have/had all three serviced there. More
