When I brought the car in for service I was told that the workers don’t wear masks or gloves and no disinfectant was going to be used in the cars after service. Furthermore, I was never notified of this at the time of the appointment booking, so I wasn’t able to prepare for this by bringing my own cleaning products. To make matters worse, employee at the check out desk was not wearing a mask either. Thank you so much for risking my life! You’ve successfully lost a customer. Great job Jenkins Nissan! Making my appointment was very easy and thorough. During my arrival the Customer service rep kept me up to date with the vehicles needs along with the mechanic.
