Everyone is always friendly. I had to do a walk in appointment because after 3 attempts to schedule and no return call. Also, I asked the service man if they would vacuum my vehicle, a service I recei appointment because after 3 attempts to schedule and no return call. Double Booked! Had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They said that they double booked. Only nice thing I can say is that they have a great waiting room area with water/coffee and some snacks!!! More

Normally I dont have any problems however, the wait was three hours for a tire to be fixed. A service agent csme into the lobby at 1115 AM and said in a very loud rude voice that they had over booked for o three hours for a tire to be fixed. His professionalism was poorly lacking and i think he needs a lesdon in courtesy or to be fired. More
