I had a 8:00am appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. I sent a text message to the person I checked in with as she instructed and she never replied, I had to go out and look for her to see when 2 hours. This is not the first time this has happened, I have waited 3 hours before just for an oil change. Unacceptable.!!!! More

I had the "Service Engine Soon" light come on and contacted Robin Rockey and discussed what the problem could be and said I'd bring the truck in to get it looked at. She took care of the issue and w contacted Robin Rockey and discussed what the problem could be and said I'd bring the truck in to get it looked at. She took care of the issue and we went ahead and completed the remaining maintenance schedules for the truck to get it all updated. We now have a new 2008 Frontier and I very glad to see Robin back with this dealership service team. More

First, I cannot remember the Service person That helped me, but he hands down more than I could ever thank him. We brought in my wife's KIA which had a flat on I4 with our granddaughter in the car. I chang me, but he hands down more than I could ever thank him. We brought in my wife's KIA which had a flat on I4 with our granddaughter in the car. I changed the tire, and the spare was not fully inflated, and the dealership was by the exit so we pulled in to see if they could fix the tire. The service person made me feel at ease letting me know he would take care of the flat but get my wife and granddaughter safely back on the road. He delivered his promise and made a bad situation turn into a good experience. We have been looking to replace my wife's car and have been test driving many different makes this single experience has me leaning towards a Nissan because of the outstanding service he provided us. I wish I could remember the service person's name and thank him for all he did for us yesterday. More
