Brought car in for Service Recall. Was told it would take around 2.5 hours for service. At 3.5 hours I sent text message to Robin asking for an update. No response from Robin. Went Was told it would take around 2.5 hours for service. At 3.5 hours I sent text message to Robin asking for an update. No response from Robin. Went looking for her and she was leaving for the day. She said the car had been ready two hours earlier and that she had called me. She did not call me or leave a text message. I never left the showroom during my stay. I've never had a service person not bring the keys back in person and check me out until this visit. Not happy for setting around for an extra 2 hours after car finished. More
