Came in for a recall, spent over $400 The first time I called, I was told I would get a call back to schedule for service because they had to make sure the parts were in and the recall was The first time I called, I was told I would get a call back to schedule for service because they had to make sure the parts were in and the recall was showing (never got a call back so two weeks later I called)... I spoke to 4 different people when I called back, which was frustrating because eventually, I hung up and made an appointment for service after being put on hold, and every time someone new picked up, they asked what the call was for and seemed like it was a joke. I finally arrive for my appointment, which was for a recall of the lower link for my vehicle. $470 later (because the recall was covered but the labor to take off the rusted parts was not and additional) NOTE: the recall was due to corrode and rust which the manager had told me the recall was out for a while now and come to find out it shows October 24, 2019, which is pretty recent. For them to try to tell me it was out for a while, then come to find out it is pretty recent doesn't help. The male who did take care of me was very pleasant, but the fact Nissan did a recall, and my recall was not fully covered and had me pay $470.00 for something NISSAN recalled on my vehicle, is ridiculous.
